The gallery is one of a small but growing number of galleries in London devoted exclusively to fine art photography. Limited edition fine art photographic prints are exhibited from a stable of established international photographers including Tim Hall, Andre Lichtenberg and Pia Elizondo. The gallery also represents younger emerging artists including Alex Fakso, Hidemi Takagi, Margherita Lazzati and Jenni Fergie. The gallery exhibits through curated exhibitions of contemporary photography in pop-up spaces and regularly takes part in art fairs in London and abroad. In addition, viewings can be arranged in Central London by appointment.
We are often asked if photography can really be considered 'art'. As a fine art photography gallery, our answer is naturally "Yes". One of the more interesting debates on this subject was chaired by Intelligence Squared. Though the motion forwarded was "Photography will always be a lesser medium than painting" it seemed unable to shake the more fundamental question above. The easily digestible debate can be watched on Youtube here.
