FOREIGN EXCHANGE: Hidemi Takagi handed out imported sweets Thursday at her ethnic-food cart in the Times Square Visitor Centre. The New York-based artist and photographer set up the cart to launch her month long public-art installation, 'Blender', which present 95 photographs of packaged-food imports - from Slovakian chocolate to Peruvian custard - purchased at food stores around New York City. Photographs from 'Blender' can also be seen on the sides of 25 trash cans in the Broadway Plazas around Times Square.
